Licensed HVAC Technician
Install, service, and commission commercial HVAC and mechanical systems on active jobsites.
- Valid HVAC license / EPA 608 certification
- Commercial HVAC install & service experience
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Willingness to travel to project sites

Licensed Journeyman Plumber
Perform commercial plumbing and piping scopes: sanitary, gas, water distribution, and system testing.
- Journeyman plumbing license
- Commercial / industrial plumbing experience
- Pipe fitting, brazing, and testing proficiency
- OSHA 10/30 a plus

Pipefitter / Mechanical Installer
Fabricate and install process, hydronic, gas, and compressed-air piping for mechanical systems.
- Mechanical / process piping experience
- Welding & brazing skills
- Blueprint and isometric reading
- Reliable, safety-focused work ethic

Building Automation / Controls Technician
Install, integrate, and commission building automation, controls, and instrumentation systems.
- BAS / DDC controls experience
- Electrical & low-voltage coordination
- Controls programming / point-to-point checkout
- Troubleshooting in live facilities

Medical Gas Installer
Install and certify medical gas systems for healthcare and mission-critical facilities.
- ASSE 6010 medical gas installer certification
- Brazing certification
- Healthcare / mission-critical experience preferred
- Strong documentation discipline

Construction Project Manager
Lead mechanical and construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, controlling cost and schedule.
- 5+ years managing commercial mechanical / construction projects
- Scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
- Federal / government project experience a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Estimator (Mechanical / Plumbing)
Prepare competitive, schedule-driven estimates for mechanical, plumbing, and construction scopes.
- Mechanical / plumbing estimating experience
- Takeoff and bid software proficiency
- Understanding of commercial & federal procurement
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven

Field Superintendent
Run day-to-day field operations, crews, safety, and quality control on active jobsites.
- Field supervision experience on commercial projects
- Safety leadership (OSHA 30 preferred)
- Scheduling and subcontractor coordination
- Quality control and closeout documentation
